Daniel was fast to come by the house after speaking over the phone, he located were the leakage was right away, and fixed it immediately. After many disappointments with other plumbing companies we were happy to have called Progressive Plumbing. The tech was on time and did a good job. I feel that the price to replace an end cap on an iron pipe was too high. The cost was $242.00 for about 40 min.

Shows up on time, does the work efficiently and thoroughly, cleans up and departs, and the only reason you know they were there is that your plumbing problem is fixed. If you have questions, they explain and show everything. If I have a plumbing problem, I call them first!

Toilet was making a high pitched noise. Called around to a few plumbers and went with Progressive based off recommendations on NextDoor app and their availability. Plumber called, as the company said they would, roughly 30 minutes before arrival. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the issue and swapped out the toilet fill valve quickly and efficiently. Good experience. We will use again for our future plumbing needs.

Daniel and Matthew are very professional and skilled. They tried their best to troubleshoot the leak and minimize the damage and cost of the repair. This honest and joyful plumber resolved our issues quickly and with least damage possible to property, even though it required him to climb over things in our basement to get access. He did this to save us having to cut into our drywall in the kitchen. We have absolutely no complaints and have already recommended him to a friend.

Daniel was a great help. My main water line needed replacement, he was able to visit my home within an hour to assess the issue and did the work just a few days later. I had to be in the office that day, so appreciated the regular progress reports and final pictures and video. Clean and tidy and no mess or destruction of my landscaping. Good job.

How can someone who lives in Vancouver, Canada give Progressive Plumbing in Georgia a 5-star review? I found a 4-minute video online by Daniel of Progressive that perfectly described my problem. I called him, hoping he could spare a minute with a couple of questions I had. Well, he took much more than a minute and was SO helpful with this very tricky issue. If I lived in the Atlanta area, there is no question who I would be using for any plumbing difficulties. They responded to my emergency situation where as others told me they would respond in a week but these guys showed up same day and fixed the problem. It was a hard leak to find but Matthew kept working on it till he found it and fixed other issues that also would have caused me issues like mold in the long run. I will always use them. I have their magnet on my fridge now so I can call them and no one else the instant I have issues and their price was affordable.

Outdoor Kitchen had a leaky faucet. Matthew (from Progressive) came out the day after my initial call and was on time. It was pouring down raining and he hung in to identify the problem. Found a replacement part which and installed it 2 days after. Asked him if he could look at a toilet that ran too long. He fixed it the same day as well. Extremely pleased with his service, professionalism and his feee. Definitely would use him again
